He began his illustrious career in 1994 at 23, founding D’Alessio & Son Masonry in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. This firm quickly made a name by delivering high-quality stonework, skillfully marrying age-old masonry techniques with innovative architectural designs.

One of his early career milestones was winning an Architectural Design Award for a Single Residence – USA at the Virgin Atlantic International Property Awards in London. This accolade was awarded for a 10,000-square-foot, French-style mansion that utilized eco-friendly materials like stone, granite, marble, and bespoke staircases. This project was a testament to his ability to combine traditional European artisan craftsmanship with the latest in 21st-century building technology.

In 2010, he expanded his horizons by establishing D’Alessio Inspired Architectural Designs. This new business broadened the scope of his offerings to encompass comprehensive architectural planning, design, and construction, focusing on luxurious homes that distinctly reflect the personalities and tastes of his clients.
